Mark 7:18-20

¹⁸ And He said to them, “Are you then also lacking understanding? Don’t you grasp that whatever goes into the man cannot make him unholy? ¹⁹ For it does not enter into the heart but into the stomach, and then goes out into the sewer, cleansing all foods.”^[a]

²⁰ And He continued, “It is what comes out of the man that makes the man unholy.
